Glorious Summer in Talkeetna, Alaska!

below. The one on the left was when she was tiny, in December 2008. Here's how she looked in May --  she's the
size of our golden lab, Jackson, and still growing.
Also below are shots of our new (old) laundromat, SUDS Laundry & Propane Service, here in Talkeetna.
Associate Publisher Gale Moses has taken over as general manager and has mastered the fine art of pumping

We opened on June 7.

laundromat has again opened
in Downtown Talkeetna.
There aren't many washers, but afternoons are the
slowest time at SUDS. Call 355-1904 for information or
to let us know if you're coming down with a propane
tank -- or just show up! We're right behind  Twister
Creek Restaurant on Main Street. The propane pump
is at the front.
